  • Access to pre-made marketing content for email, social media, and campaigns.
  • Automated updates to Mailchimp and related platforms.

3. Account Creation
To complete your purchase, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the checkout process. Duplicate accounts or misuse may result in suspension or termination of your access.

4. Payment Terms
All purchases and subscriptions are subject to the following conditions:

  • Payments are processed securely through WooCommerce and Stripe.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 7 days before the renewal date.
  • You must provide valid payment information during checkout.

5. Subscription Management

  • Customers may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel subscriptions at any time through their account dashboard.
  • If a subscription lapses or is canceled, associated features such as logo or headshot personalization will be removed from the account and related marketing content.

6. Refunds and Cancellations
We offer a 30-day free trial for subscriptions. If you cancel before the trial ends, no charges will be incurred. After the trial period:

  • No refunds will be issued for the current subscription period.
  • To avoid renewal charges, you must cancel at least 7 days before the renewal date.

7. Intellectual Property
All content provided through our platform, including marketing materials, templates, and tools, remains the property of Strategies 4 Agents & Loan Learning Center. Unauthorized distribution or duplication is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability
Strategies 4 Agents & Loan Learning Center is not liable for:

  • Losses arising from errors in email marketing content or subscription management.
  • Failures caused by third-party services such as WooCommerce or Mailchimp.
  • Disruptions in service due to technical errors, outages, or other unforeseen events.
